Hello My beautiful friends, how are you all doing on this gorgeous sunny day? I am doing pretty good, I have to say.
Every day I will try to reflect on what happened in my day that I can learn from. And today, I realized how human I really am and from time to time my emotions will take over, Im in the moment, and it’s not easy to witness my thinking clearly. Everything is happening way too fast that I don’t have time to sit and reflect until later when no more words are spoken and I am sitting in my own silence.
That is when I can truly see my thinking and why the outcome that I created actually happened. How if I chose other thoughts, I wouldn’t have reacted the way I did. It’s about learning from the mistake and next time the Universe tests you through your significant others, your children, friends, co-worker, parents. LOL. We can step back, breathe and let go of the negative thoughts we are about to think. We can keep reminding ourselves that it’s all ok, we are going to get through this moment, and we are not going to make what the other person says about us. It’s always about them. We need to learn to take care of our minds, by letting go of our ego as much as possible. Sometimes I know it can be difficult.
Trust me I know, I am a fire sign and I can have a bit of a temper from time to time. Especially when someone lies, but I have to remember that people do lie, and people have their own stories and why is it that I feel the need to try and convince someone that what they are saying isn’t true? Why does it really matter? People exaggerate all the time and for years it used to bug the crap out of me because I am a realist, I say exactly how things happened, then I started to really think about it, isn’t that just my version of how it happened, my story? Not actually theirs. Because not everyone see’s things the way we do. As we all know. And it’s ok, as long as I show up how I want to, it should’t matter to me how other people choose to tell their story.
I started to really think about this, and guess what I realized….it was about the control. I don’t have control over what other people are saying and how they say things, and when it doesn’t match my story, how I see things, it’s becomes wrong to me, the exaggeration or the lies. It’s about letting go of what is out of our control, and being ok with other people being who they are. My husband and I go back and forth with how literal I am. He’s a story teller. And yes I can tell a good story, as long as it actually happened. Lol He tells me all the time, it’s ok baby, a little exaggeration isn’t going to hurt anyone, everyone loves a good story.
Since I just mentioned love tell me my friends what you are grateful for today? Think about it and feel the love, feel the amazing emotion that we get to choose to feel whenever we want to. Today I am truly grateful for my awareness. For how much I have learned and for how much I continue to learn. I am thankful for witnessing my faults and for knowing when I am wrong and being able to apologize. For choosing to love myself even when I make mistakes, as I am only human and that is one of the reasons why we are here, to learn from our mistakes. And to love. Let’s get into today’s episode, which is a very special episode, it’s a manifesting meditation.
This meditation was created with the intention of helping you reprogram your subconscious mind with new and more empowering beliefs that align you with the abundant energy and invite you to live your authentic self.
Sit in a comfortable position. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath in…….and exhale, take another deep breath in….hold it for a few seconds, and exhale.
Try and Imagine the words that I am about to share with you are now turning into your reality.
All that is for your higher good will be absorbed and reinforced by your body, your mind, your heart and your soul. Activating your potential and aligning to your higher consciousness is key to your manifesting power.
You are a loving soul in a human body. You have a purpose for being here. You choose to live from your heart and to give from your heart. You are stepping into a new consciousness and higher perspective of abundance and prosperity. You are connecting with your true purpose now. Abundance is all around you. Because you are connected to the abundant universe. Infinite potential and unconditional love is always flowing through you.
You are free to choose success, prosperity and abundance. It is a natural part of the universal flow of life’s energy. You have every opportunity to succeed within you. You are standing in the river of success.
Success is flowing to you naturally. It is safe to follow your passion. To follow all that which gives you passion and joy in life, is your indicator for your true purpose. Follow your passion. Choose to live from your heart. You are courageously going after what you want in life. You love making your goals come to fruition. You are inspired to express your ideas and thoughts. You are connected with your higher self and your unique creativity. You take action on your ideas. You are a magnet to abundance. You are using the flow of abundance in your life to create abundance for others. You're bathing in the river of abundance with your creativity and your brilliant ideas.
You are curious and excited about what's to come. You are connecting with your higher self and you allow yourself to be guided. You are attracting and creating success from your heart. Your mind and your heart are connected, and You are so happy and grateful for the abundance circulating in your life.
You have an attitude of gratitude. You are manifesting from your high vibe emotions. You are abundantly creative. You are working towards your goals. You are using your time wisely. You take full responsibility for all areas of your life. You are a powerful magnet to health, wealth and prosperity. You are asking because you know that that is the key to receiving. You are standing on the mountain top of Trust. Trust in the intelligence of life. Trust in what is. Trust in the Universe. You are a prosperity magnet.
And you Know that on days when you do not feel abundant and prosperous, you can simply focus on the things that you can be grateful for in your life and that will change your frequency To the vibration of abundance.
Abundance is a choice. You choose abundance because you can. You are being guided. You are giving thanks and you are grateful for your success. You are sailing the sea of abundance. You are the captain of your ship, navigating the sea of life. Following your compass. Trusting your journey. You deserve to be prosperous and successful. You are encouraging yourself every day. You are a positive being. You are generous. You are love. You are reminding yourself everyday that you are a soul in a human body. You are here to contribute and to grow. To learn and to experience, to love and to have fun. To live your purpose, to be yourself, for the highest good of every soul involved. Every soul has its unique path. We are all ONE and mother Earth is our home.
High vibration is your reality. You are choosing to be happy with what you already have in your life. Happiness is a choice. All that you seek is seeking you. All that you seek is already within you. You are allowing abundance to flow freely through you. You love the surprise when success comes to you in unexpected ways. Life supports you in every possible way.
